Michelle - Licensed Massage Therapist

Idaho native Michelle has 25 years of experience in massage therapy. Her focus has always been injury treatment and pain relief. Over time her treatments have evolved from Swedish, or spa massage, into a blend, which includes therapeutic techniques such as lymphatic drainage, sports massage, unwinding, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy technique.

A life-long learner, Michelle is now directing her attention toward myofascial release - using techniques that broaden or loosen fascia to affect structural mobility and release pain. Treating the causes of tissue adherence to relieve symptoms builds client awareness of postures or repetitive motions that can contribute to chronic pain. In her spare time, Michelle can be found reading.

Robyn - Licensed Massage Therapist

Robyn has been a massage therapist since 2012. She got into the field of massage because she wanted to be apart of the healthcare field without the aspect of blood! Robyn believes that if you take care if your body it will take care of you. She considers herself a therapeutic therapist, she enjoys the fluffs of the industry but much prefers the rebuild and recovery aspect of it all. Robyn says, “no day is ever the same and no one ever has the same aliment, which makes what I do even more awesome.” Robyn is a mom to three girls and loves spending time with her family outdoors.
